Teton Trade Cloth endeavours to provide the highest quality materials and customer service.  If we have failed to meet your expectation, please let us know so we can make it right.  Thank you for being on Team Teton and for your loyal support. 

Wrong address? Customers are responsible for verifying the address on their order.  Teton is not responsible for items that are returned or delivered to another address because of a wrong address provided with your order.  Please verify! 

Returns? Returns are accepted, the customer must pay the return shipping and a 10% restocking fee.  If you return your order, please email us a tracking number so the package can be tracked. Once the item has been received, and if it is in a resaleable condition, we will issue a refund for the goods.  We do not refund the shipping. 

Where's my package?  Once your item ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number.  Please check the tracking number to get the most updated information on your package.  Please note, sometimes there is a lag in updates on the shipping site (USPS especially).

 

International Orders?  We try to ship your order as soon as possible, however, we can't control the speed of the carrier.  When looking up your tracking number, once your package leaves the US it is transferred to the postal carrier of your country, you will need to use the tracking number on your countries website to track your package.  Teton Trade Cloth can not predict nor is responsible for any import duties or fees charged by your country to import your purchase.
