Where's my package? Once your item ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You will also receive a text message to the phone number you used when placing your order. Please check the tracking number to get the most updated information on your package. Please note, sometimes there is a lag in updates on the shipping site (USPS especially).
International Orders? We try to ship your order as soon as possible, however, we can't control the speed of the carrier. When looking up your tracking number, once your package leaves the US it is transferred to the postal carrier of your country, you will need to use the tracking number on your countries website to track your package. Teton Trade Cloth cannot predict nor is responsible for any import duties or fees charged by your country to import your purchase.
Customers are responsible for verifying the address on their order. Teton is not responsible for items that are returned or delivered to another address because of a wrong address provided with your order. Please verify!
Our Easy Returns Portal allows you to print your own return shipping labels.
We accept returns/exchanges up to 30 days from the date of purchase. We are unable to process a return or exchange beyond 30 days from the date of purchase.
To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be in the same condition in which it was received and MUST include your order and/or reference number.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will issue you a full refund, once we receive the merchandise back at our facility.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed (less return shipping), and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 48 hours. Please allow up to 7 days for your bank or credit card processor to show a credit to your account.
